My design philosophy.

All images I create, from complex sci-fi posters to simple modern vector art, must tell a complete story. At first, it should intrigue with form. Attention captured. Then as you peer deeper and become acquainted with the product it represents, the connection between form and function will organically unveil to one's senses delivering a satisfying revelation. This is the philosophy I apply to all my projects and designs.

Take the Lightship Chronicles logo. At first it seems intriguing, but also obvious. Yet in reality it is more than a logo. It is in fact a "character" within the story. Subliminal at first, but by the middle of Book 2 the significance of the LC logo will take center stage. Only then will the reader be rewarded by the overarching link between the logo and plot. It transcends itself beyond just a proud symbol for the lead characters into a connective link between the reader and the story. All products have a similar ability to correlate their story with the imagery representing them, and that's where I excel. I can discover and represent that correlation for you.
